We do not sell your information

What we collect

We only collect information you actively give us. This site does not run any analytics, advertising, or tracking scripts, and does not use tracking cookies.

• Contact form — your name, and whichever of email or phone number you provide, your preferred reply method, the enquiry/package type you select, your message, and any reference images you choose to attach (up to 8, 5MB each).
• Price Estimator — your answers to the estimator questions are processed in your browser only. They are never sent to our server unless you press "Get This Quote," at which point your selections are carried over to pre-fill the contact form message as plain text.

Where it's stored

• Email — every contact form submission is sent via email (through our SMTP provider) directly to Deeveloper Studios so we can reply to you. If you provide an email address, you'll also receive an automatic confirmation email with a copy of what you submitted.
• Database — the same submission (name, email, phone, enquiry type, reply preference, message, and any attached image filenames) is saved to our private enquiries database so we can track and respond to it. This is only accessible to Deeveloper Studios through a password-protected admin dashboard.
• Uploaded images — reference images you attach are stored on our server in a private, non-public folder, linked only to your enquiry.

Cookies

This site does not use tracking or advertising cookies. The only cookie set is a short-lived technical session cookie used to prevent spam (it briefly remembers that you just submitted the form, so the same visitor can't spam-submit it again within 30 seconds). It contains no personal information and is not used to track you across the site or elsewhere.

Your browser's localStorage is used briefly and only on this device to carry your Price Estimator answers over to the contact form if you choose to request a quote — this data never leaves your browser until you submit the form, and is cleared automatically once used.

How long we keep it

Enquiries remain in our database until we've dealt with them and choose to delete them, or until you ask us to delete your data (see below). We don't run an automatic deletion schedule, but we don't keep data indefinitely for no reason either — old, resolved enquiries are cleared out periodically.

Your rights

You can ask us at any time to:

• tell you what information we hold about you,
• correct anything that's inaccurate,
• delete your information from our email and database entirely.

Who has access

Only Deeveloper Studios (Dylan) has access to submitted enquiries and stored data, via a password-protected admin dashboard. Emails pass through our SMTP provider purely to deliver the message — they are not read, stored, or used by that provider beyond sending the email.
